By signing up for a Dedicated Desk subscription, you agree to these terms.

Subscription Details

Duration: as detailed on the booking from start date

Service: Dedicated desk space with 24/7 access via electronic fob

Commitment: Subscriptions are available on a Monthly, 3-Monthly, 6-Monthly or Annual commitment.  Early termination may incur fees

Pricing: Subscription fees and payment options are detailed in the booking form.

Payment Terms

Late Payment: Payments over 14 days late incur a $50 fee and may result in access suspension.

Important Terms

Fair Use Policy

Meeting rooms available first-come, first-served and must be booked in advance. A maximum of 4-hours may be booked at a time. Unused bookings are to be cancelled 2+ hours in advance.

Member Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

  • Pay your subscription fees on time each month
  • Respect the shared workspace and other members
  • Keep your desk area tidy and professional
  • Follow building security procedures
  • Keep access fob secure and report loss immediately
  • Report any issues or damage promptly

House Rules

Members must:

  • Maintain professional conduct at all times
  • Book meeting rooms in advance when possible
  • Respect noise levels in the open workspace
  • Use facilities only for lawful business purposes
  • Clean up after yourself in kitchen and common areas
  • No smoking anywhere on premises
  • No subletting or sharing of your dedicated desk without permission

Liability & Insurance

Your Space provides the space and services "as is" and is not liable for personal property. Members are responsible for their own equipment and belongs and are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance for your valuable items. Your Space maintains public liability insurance for common areas.

We're not liable for business interruptions beyond our control.

Termination

For subscription terms greater than Monthly, early termination requires 30 days notice and will incure fees based on the remaining subscription length. Your Space may terminate immediately for conduct breaches, non-payment (after 30 days notice), or illegal activities.

Legal Information

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Disputes: Disputes are resolved through mediation before legal proceedings.

Amendments: We'll give you 30 days notice of any changes to these terms in writing.  Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
